PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sealability between a partition panel incorporating a printed circuit board and a body cover. SOLUTION: A seal member made of rubber or the like is fitted in a seal fitting groove 148 formed in a body cover 12. The partition wall 14 is formed thereon a seal retaining ridge 133 for pressing the seal member 291. The seal member 291 has a substantially rectangular cross-sectional shape. With this arrangement, the seal member 291 is depressed so as to make press-contact with the inner surface of the groove 148 and the front end face of the ridge 133. In order so easily incorporate the seal member 291, the inward part of the groove 148 has an arcuate cross-sectional shape. In order to prevent the seal member 291 from being positionally shifted, a wedge ridge 149 is formed in bottom surface of the groove 148.
