PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a human growth hormone having suppressing action on the growth of tumor such as breast cancer in the presence of oestrogen and capable of being used as a tumor growth-suppressing agent, etc., by making the human growth hormon include a human growth hormone having a specific molecular weight as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This human growth hormone is obtained by having a human growth hormone having an amino acid sequence represented by formula I or formula II and having about 20,000 molecular weight as an active ingredient, compounding the growth hormone with a generally permissible medicinal additive, e.g. D-mannitol as an isotonic agent and preparing the mixture. The growth hormone can be used as a tumor growth suppressing agent, etc., excellent as a medicinal composition having suppressing action on growth of breast cancer, etc., developing growth hormone receptor or prolactin receptor in the presence of am estrogen. |
