PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pressure stably with a suction chamber by a method wherein the suction chamber is installed at a seal gap from a cooling roll independently of a die, and the suction chamber is moved along a peripheral direction of the cooling roll keeping the seal gap. SOLUTION: A suction chamber 4 is installed independently of a T-die 1. Further, the suction chamber 4 is formed so as to be along an outer peripheral surface of a casting roll 3, and a required seal gap 4d is formed between the suction chamber 4 and the outer peripheral surface of the casting roll 3. Then, a driving component 7 is used as a peripherally moving mechanism moving the suction chamber 4 along a peripheral direction of the casting roll 3 keeping the required seal gap 4d. In the driving component 7, its base end side is supported coaxially with a roll support shaft 3a rotatably around the roll support shaft 3a of the casting roll 3, and the suction chamber 4 is fixed to its tip side. |
