PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off a shelf plate and a top board easily by adding necessary strength without impairing appearances thereof by a method wherein into a specific hollow among rectangular columnar hollows formed at suitable intervals between an upper face plate and a lower face plate, an aluminum-made rectangular insert pipe of almost the same profile as that of the hollow is inserted. SOLUTION: An extrusion molded plate material 1 is molded by an extrusion molding method with ABS resin or the like. An outer peripheral face is formed with an upper face plate 11, a lower face plate 12, a front face plate 13, and a rear face plate 14, and a plurality of vertical plates 15 are integrated therein to form a rectangular hollow 16. An aluminum-made rectangular insert pipe 2 has almost the same profile dimensions as those of the hollow 16, and is formed so as to be capable of being inserted therein. By inserting that into the hollow 16 at a suitable position, the plate material 1 is reinforced. Besides, by boring a screw hole through the lower face plate 12 of the plate material 1, the product can be treated as the screw hole is bored on the plate material 1 itself. |
