摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a press formed product having an excellent surface from titanium, stainless and the material having deformability including by using a grain powder suspension as a lubricating agent thereby executing the press formation. SOLUTION: In this forming method, when a material having the deformability is pressed in many kind of shapes, oils and fats base lubricating agent is not used conventionally on the front face of the material, instead of this, the suspension of wheat powder, corn powder, rice powder, soybean powder, etc., mainly consisting of protein and a carbohydrate and water is applied on the surface of the material and it is pressed. Therefore, the labor of slush treatment on the conventional forming process is eliminated and the pressing product having the excellent surface property can be obtained.
