PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of pellet-like resin by uniformizing dispersion of powdery reinforcing agent into the resin by a method wherein a screw lead length of a screw element from a part connected directly to a side feeder to a first kneading zone, and a screw structure of monomer kneading zone are specified. SOLUTION: In a regular sequence order screw from a side feeder 6 between a first kneading zone and a second kneading zone to the second kneading zone, a screw lead length L/D is 0.8-2.0. A screw structure of the second kneading zone is a combination wherein one set or over of a kneading disk A and a mixing screw or a kneading disk B are repeated from an upper stream side. A ratio La/D of a vane thickness La and a screw diameter D of the kneading disk A is 0.05-2.0, and twist angleβof the vane is 25-75 degree. A mixing screw flight part contained in the B is notched 5-15 positions per each one lead length, its La/D is 0.05-2.0, and itsβis 80-110 degree. |
