PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a clad plate of white metal and steel which is less in limitation of size, simple in structure and inexpensive. SOLUTION: The white metal raw material 1 to form a clad plate and the material to absorb, consume or shut off the oxygen in the atmosphere and the oxide on the surface the white metal raw material are charged in a container at least a part of which is formed of steel forming the clad plate and which is provided with a clearance for outflow of the gas inside, the charged white metal raw material 1 is heated at or above the temperature at which the liquidus is generated at least in a part thereof, and the heated white metal raw material 1 is integratedly bonded with steel to constitute at least a part of the container. |
