PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain more effective elimination of germs by composing a water-holding layer to hold an anti-bacterial aqueous solution, the surface layer having an opening leading to the water-holding layer, a water-leakage prevention member which covers the surrounding outer circumference of the back, side and surface layers of the water-holding layer. SOLUTION: A mat consists of any of plastic, rubber or non-woven material in any of film, sheet or board form, having slits 7 of about 0.02-0.3mm ϕ in diameter perforated over the entire face of the surface layer 4 and a holding layer 1 consisting of any one of non-woven, cotton or paper which contains an anti-bacterial aqueous solution having a water retaining property in the same form in thickness of 2-10mm or consisting of stacked layers of man- woven, cotton and paper, is installed on the back face of the surface layer 4. On the surface layer 4, at least more than one water supply opening 5 having an area of about 10-1,000cm<2> leading to the water holding layer 1, is installed and an attachable and detachable seal tape 8 to restrict water evaporation is installed to wrap up the water supply opening 5. A water- leakage prevention member 2 is formed by overlaying the water-leakage prevention member larger than the surface layer 4 and water-holding layer 1 in width and length over the back of the water-holding layer 1 and folding up to the outer circumference of the surface layer 4 and pasting all these. |
