PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high temperature heat treating apparatus for an organic waste, etc., capable of providing a product such as an active carbon having good quality by using a raw material such as an organic waste of brewers grain or a carbonized material obtained by carbonization, etc., of the organic waste. SOLUTION: This high temperature heat treating apparatus for an organic waste, etc., has a heat treating room 2 extended from one terminal side to the other terminal side having a raw material charging opening 3a at the one terminal side, a product-discharging opening 4a for discharging a product after finishing the heat treatment, and a waste gas-discharging opening 5a at the other terminal side of the heat treating room 2, a hot air jetting opening 6 in the heat treating room, and a stirring shaft 8 having many paddles 7 for stirring the raw material, attached to the shaft at a distance in a axis direction and rotatably installed in the interior of the heat treating room 2 so as to extend from the one terminal side to the other terminal side of the heat treating room 2. The paddles 7 are attached to the stirring shaft 8 so that the raw material may be stirred and moved to the product-discharging opening 4a side, and the stirring shaft 8 has a water vapor-charging passage 10 in the interior thereof extended in the axis direction of the stirring shaft 8 and many water vapor-jetting nozzles 11 communicating with the water vapor-charging passage 10 and installed on the stirring shaft 8 along the axial direction. |
