PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production of pouch-shaped paste made from Konjak flour (made from the arum root) which has Konjak as a main component, enables harshness removal, has strength enough to be filled with materials and does not leak any liquid even when being filled with ingredient materials containing seasoning liquid, etc. SOLUTION: This pouch-shaped paste made from Konjak flour is produced by forming paste-state raw materials containing a Konjak component composed of a glucomannan-containing raw material and/or its partial decomposition material and a Tofu (soybean curd) component composed of one kind selected out of soy milk, Tofu crushed pieces, soy protein and soy powder as needed in the shape of sheet sized as prescribed and opening it in the form of pouch after cooking in oil. It is preferable that cooking in oil is performed so as not to completely gell the inside. Besides, after this paste is opened into the form of pouch, it is preferable that harshness is removed by turning it out and immersing or boiling it in hot water and the inside is completely gelled. |
