<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and correctly detect the tension acting on a beltlike stock. SOLUTION: In this device, the transferring state of work rolls 11 at the time of a hoop 14 passing through a pair of work rolls 11 of a rolling mill F6 and a final stand is detected with a load cell 82, and the detected result by the load cell 82 is inputted into an arithmetic unit 83 to operate the tension of the hoop 14. Also, the transferring state of a light reduction rolls 12 at the time of the band steel 14 passing through a pair of the light reduction rolls 12 in a light reduction rolling mill 13 is detected with a load cell 84, and the detected result by the load cell 84 is inputted into the arithmetic unit 83 to operate the tension of the hook 14. By this way, the tension acting on the hook 14 is easily and correctly detected.</p> |
