PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To score efficiently accurately embossing when an embossed sheet is formed by a method wherein a temperature of a lip tip part being an outlet of a T-die is set higher than a resin temperature in melt extrusion. SOLUTION: A lip part of a T-die is composed of an upper lip 9 and a lower lip 10. In order to heat effectively a front surface part of molten resin, a groove 11 is cut between a base part of the lip and its tip part, and a heat insulated structure is preferably constituted. Further, a hole 12 is bored over all length of the lip at a lip tip part, and a heat medium is passed through, for example, the hole 12. An induction coil using a pipe material in order to cool the coil itself is used to carry out high frequency induction heating. By inserting or the like of a rod like heater adjusted so that temperature can be uniformized longitudinally, a temperature of the T-die lip tip part is set higher than resin temperature in melt extrusion. At that time, both of the upper lip 9 and the lower lip 10 are heated, and efficiency can be sufficiently developed when embossing is scored on both faces. |
