PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid from dripping from a nozzle through a pump by pressurizing the liquid face by the high pressure air in a container as in conventional cases, by discharging high pressure air in the container through air-permeable but water-impermeable fine paths when the container inside in highly pressurized owing to the change of temperature or the like in a vertical pump type liquid-ejecting device. SOLUTION: The lower end face of the inner cylinder of a guide short pipe 11 fitted to the upper end of a cylinder 2 and the upper face of the upward step 38 provided at the outer face of the lower part of a stem 32 of an actuation member are provided so as to contact each other with pressure in the state the actuation member 31 is positioned at the upper limit. An air-permeable but water-impermeable fine path 41 is provided at one or both of the pressurized contact faces to make the air in the container dischargable to the outside through an outside air suction hole 8 at the upper part of the cylinder, the fine path 41, and the gap between the inner cylinder 15 and the stem 32. |
