PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant for an ethylene resin laminated film excellent in low temp heat sealing, hot tacking, anti-shock, unsealing, and extruding characteristics. SOLUTION: This sealant is prepared from a copolymer of ethylene and a 6-20Cα-olefin whose density is in the range of 0.880-0.920g/cm<3> , and melt flow rate(MFR) at 190 deg.C and 2.16kg load is in the range of 0.1-5.0g/10 minute, and satisfies such relations as, ratio of decane soluble component at room temp [W(wt.%)] to density [d(g/cm<3> )] is shown as W<(80×exp(-100(d-0.88))+ 0.1, fluidity index (FI(1sec)), which is defined by shear velocity when shear strain at 190 deg.C of the polymer melt reaches 2.4×10<6> dyne/cm<2> , to MFR is shown as FI>75×MFR, and melt tension at 190 deg.C (MT(g)) to MFR is shown as 5.5×MFR<-0.65> >MT>2.2×MFR<-0.84> .
