PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coffee powder from being mixed with a coffee liquid by arranging an inner filter consisting of a mesh and a frame at the inner side of an outer filter which is incorporated in a coffee basket and permitting the mesh of the outer filter to be more fine than that of the inner filter. SOLUTION: The filters are set in the coffee basket 19, coffee powder is put-in, a sheath heater is energized so as to boil water inside a water pipe with a heat conductive material, steam pressure is enhanced, hot water is dripped from a hot water supply port so as to be dripped on coffee powder in the filter 17 from the center opening part of a coffee basket cover and the coffee liquid is extracted. Here, the outer filter 22 where the mesh 21 of 10-50μm being more fine than that of the inner filter 25 is fitted is set to the frame 20 inside the coffee basket 19 and the inner filter 25 where the mesh 24 of 50-100μm, for example, in an opening is fitted is set in the frame 23 at the inner side of the outer filter 22. |
