PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing device for crushing securely and efficiently materials to be crushed such as residual foods, withered tree branches and seashell residues in which various kinds of forms and shapes are mixed and shearing materials to be crushed without generating the overload on rotating blade sections. SOLUTION: In a crushing device 100 in which a pair of rotating shaft 7 and 9 are disposed in parallel and a plurality of fixed blade sections 21 are formed at intervals in a container 3, rotating blade sections 29 fixed on rotating shaft 7 and 9 and rotating inwardly are formed between respective fixed blade sections 21, and introduced materials G to be crushed by the fixed blade sections 2 and the rotating blade sections 7 and 9, blade sections 35 of the rotating blade sections 29 are bent inwardly as being closer to the ends of blades in the rotating direction, and the blade sections 35 formed on both rotating shafts of the rotating blade sections 21 are installed facing each other by the phase difference of the shearing operation with the fixed blade sections alternately, and respective adjoining blade sections 35 on the same rotating shafts 7 and 9 are installed in the helical shape (S-shape) by shifting successively the installation angle. Crushing is carried out efficiently by the rotating blade sections in a manner of wrapping in the materials to be crushed by the arrangement. |
