摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a heating medium from intruding into the interior of a tire and thereby eliminate fear that rejects might be generated by applying a resin film with a specific yield value and thermal rupture resistance in advance to a member joint part on the inner surface of an unvulcanized tire or the entire inner surface of the tire and vulcanizing the unvulcanized tire. SOLUTION: Normally, a heating medium of hot water is used as a heating medium for the inner surface of an unvulcanized tire. In the so-called hot water vulcanization, a pressurized hot water normally at 170-190 deg.C is mostly used as a heat source and a pressure source. In this bladder-less vulcanizing process for the unvulcanized tire, a resin film to be applied to the inner surface of the unvulcanized tire has to show a yield value of 4kgf/cm or less under the effects of the pressurized hot water and a thermal rupture resistance to the heating medium at 170 deg.C or more. Consequently, it is possible to efficiently prevent a trouble attributed to a defective joint from occurring without adversely affecting the effects to shorten a vulcanizing time by protecting the inner surface of the unvulcanized tire with the use of the resin film.
