PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a brake freely in a suitable position of a support rod by providing a brake body fitted with a wire for operating a brake shoe, and a holding piece closably provided at the brake body, and holding the support rod removably by the brake body and the holding piece. SOLUTION: A brake fitting device 1 is formed of a brake body 2 for fitting a brake drum, and a holding piece closably provided at the brake body 2. The brake drum is fitted between a brake shoe 8 and the side wall of a plate part 5 of the brake fitting device 1, and a fitting shaft is inserted in a fitting hole 11. A locking protrusion is hooked to an engaging step part 12 of the fitting hole 11, and a tire is rotatably mounted to a frame, thus constituting a brake for braking the tire. The brake body and the holding piece are therefore held by a support rod so as to be able to mount the brake in any position of the support rod. |
