PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inner mechanism of a reclining device from being exposed when the arm is tilted forward and backward so as to improve the appearance, to stop the deterioration of the appearance due to the deflection of the cover member at the time of the movement of the arm, and to facilitate the simple quick assembling of the cover member. SOLUTION: The inside of the cover 11a of the finisher cover 11 is formed with a supporting piece 21 at an adequate interval from the inward flange part 11b. The cover member 17 is constituted of an installation part 25 and the cover body 26, with the installation part 25 inserted between the inward flange part 11b and the supporting piece 21. A planar clip 31 with lugs 33 is attached to the supporting piece 21. The planar clip 31 is formed by bending in a U-shaped cross section, the inside of which internal lugs 33a for engaging with the supporting piece 21 are formed, and the outside of which external lugs 33b for engaging with the installation part 25 of the cover member 17 are formed. |
