PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stabilized reagent stabilized to maintain the initial concentration of a reduced nicotinamide-adenine-dinucleotide (phosphate) by including both the reduced nicotinamide-adenine-dinucleotide (phosphate) as a coenzyme and a specific heat-sensitive enzyme. SOLUTION: This stabilized reagent includes both (A) a reduced nicotinamide- adenine-dinucleotide (phosphate) [NAD(P)H] as a coenzyme, (B) at least one kind of a heat-sensitive enzyme capable of returning an oxidized nicotinamide- adenine-dinucleotide (phosphate) [NAD(P)] to the NAD(P)H. A liquid reagent useful for a clinical examination field and a food analyzing field and showing sufficient stability is obtained. |
