To perform spiral scan measurement by moving a bed in a preset spiral scan range, rotating an X-ray source, conducting X ray irradiation X, finding projection data for a slice position, and reconstituting tomographic data from this. ! An X-ray generator 1 and an X-ray detector 2 are continuously rotated on a predetermined plane. A bed 3 on which an examinee is placed is advanced at constant speed, and an X-ray is irradiated from the X-ray generator 1 in its process, and exposure by a spiral scan is performed. The obtained transmitted X-ray is detected by the X-ray detector 2. Projection data on a desired tomographic surface is obtained from obtained spiral data. Corrective processing by a filter correcting circuit and inverse projection processing in an inverse projection arithmetic circuit, are performed on its projection data, and a tomographic image of a desired position is obtained. By this method, various methods such as a spiral scan and an electronic scan type using a cone beam, can be applied, and spiral scan measurement can be effectively performed. ! (C)1998,JPO |
