PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polypeptide as a mouse chemokine receptor called a mouse CC-CKR5, of which agonist or antagonist are useful for the treatment of a T-cell mediated inflammation, especially HIV-1 infectious disease. SOLUTION: This mouse genom clone of CC-CKR5 receptor is a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence of the formula, and is obtained by culturing a host cell transformed by a vector having an isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding the above polypeptide capable of being expressed from a mouse gene contained in ATCC deposit number 98170. It is possible to produce a transgenic mouse having a human CC-CKR5 receptor expressing capability by using the above isolated nucleic acid molecule.
