PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of an inspection work, etc., and quickly perform a process without generating delay of a carrier object by arranging rollers on which a flat belt is wound in a row according to a line on the upper surface of a carrier base and providing a clamp to press down and rest the carrier object at the rough center part of the carrier base. SOLUTION: When flat belts 47, 47a and rollers 48, 48a are revolved and rotated by revolving a spline shaft 36 by driving an electric motor 44, a substrate 7 on a belt conveyor is smoothly transferred from the terminal to the transfer mechanism 8 of a carrier base 2. Namely, both the side end parts of the substrate 7 are placed on the flat belts 47, 47a and are moved. When the rough center part of the substrate 7 is moved just under pressure welding plates 52, 52, the electric motor 44 is stopped to be driven, the spline shaft 36 is topped to be revolved and the substrate 7 is stopped. When the substrate 7 is rested, a carrier object is rested at the rough center part of the carrier base 2 by pressing down the substrate 7 by pawls 52a, 52a of the pressure welding plates 52, 52 by driving pneumatic cylinders 50, 50. |
