PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe, sure and easily usable airway securing and artificial respiration gas distributing instrument to be used at the time of emergency capable of performing a ventilation operation and coping with wide patient sizes with few sizes. SOLUTION: This intra-esophagus airway for emergency resuscitation is composed of first and second balloons 6 and 7, a tube 5 for suction curved in an arch shape and provided with two lumens 15 and 16 in which the fist balloon 6 is attached to a tip, the tip is extended on a straight lien and the very top of a tip part is obliquely formed so as to be on the outer peripheral side of a curve, a tube 1 for respiration is curved in the arch shape and provided with the three lumens to which the second balloon 7 is attached, the tube 5 for the suction is slid inside a tube-for-suction sliding lumen 2 and a port for respiration gas distribution is provided between the two balloons at the tip of the lumen 3 for the respiration gas distribution and a lumen 4 for balloon expansion for selectively expanding the balloon. The second balloon 7 is formed by the material of lower elasticity compared to the first balloon 6. |
