At least the piece (5) of bar material placed in the centre of the tube (1) is so coated with greasy material that it can be easily removed from the hardened plastic. Even the tube is removed from the hardened plastic. At one end of the support socket is provided an external flange (8). The metal tube (1) has an inner diameter with a minus tolerance, corresponding to the hole diameter in the spindle in the actual machine. It is provided with tightly closing gables (2,3) and contains a bar (5) centred with the aid of the gables. One of the gables is provided with a hole (9) for filling purposes and a venting hole (7). The bar is straight and its cross-section corresponds with plus tolerance to the body for swarf-removing machining. Both the metal tube and the bar, before assembly are well sprayed with silicon oil. |
