PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the agglomeration of a magnetic material powder and produce a composite paint wherein a magnetic material and a dielectric are uniformly and stably dispersed by dispersing a magnetic material powder and a dispersant in a solvent, adding a binder, a plasicizer, etc., to the dispersion to prepare a paint comprising the magnetic material, and mixing this paint with a dielectric powder. SOLUTION: The magnetic material powder used comprises the one having a mean particle diameter of 0.1-10μm, more preferably 1-5μm, and the dielectric powder used comprises the one having a mean particle diameter at least two times that of the magnetic powder. An example of magnetic material used is NiZnCu ferrite made from Ni, Zn, Cu and Fe oxides. It is suitable to use a dispersant which comprises a high-molecular compound, has high dispersion stabilizing effect and can effectively reduce the rate of sedimentation of particles. An example of dielectric material used is Pb0.88 La0.12 Zr0.7 Ti0.3 O3.06 relaxer produced by mixing and calcining raw materials comprising Pb, La, Zr and Ti oxides.
