WASHING METHOD FOR MATERIAL TO BE WASHED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove dirt efficiently from a material to the washed without needing chlorofluorocarbon or organic chloric solvents by immersing the material to be washed to aqueous washing liquid and by ejecting the aqueous washing liquid to gap between sheet materials from nozzles so as to contact with whole faces of mutually adjacent sheet faces. SOLUTION: Two nozzles 2 for solid insular-corn ejection pattern are provided oppositely each other inside a washing tank 7 and aqueous washing liquid 8 is injected into the inside of the washing tank 7. A material 6 to be washed (a gap between lead frames: 20μm), which is a bundle of nickel alloy-made lead frames having oily dirt sticking by stamping is immersed therein. While each of the nozzles 2 is allowed to eject the aqueous washing liquid 8, the material 6 is moved upward and downward as shown by an arrow A and to be washed. Thereby the dirt can be removed efficiently from the material as it is with no requirement for fluorocarbon or chrolic organic solvents and without unbunding the material.
