The system disclosed includes a receptacle (14) containing the liquid, which is connected to means (16) of distribution of the liquid operated by a push button (34). These means (16) of distribution comprise an air compression chamber (24) with at least one opening (72) for the admission of ambient air, as well as at least one opening (90) for the evacuation of compressed air; the volume of the compression chamber (24) varies with the operation of the push button. The liquid is contained in the receptacle (14) at a pressure of a predetermined value, which is higher than the ambient pressure, by means of air under pressure contained in the receptacle (14). The opening (90) for the evacuation of compressed air is linked to the receptacle (14) so as to substantially maintain the air pressure in the receptacle following the operation of the push button (34) to distribute an amount of liquid.
