The invention relates to a device for fastening on motor vehicles with loading s urfaces (2) for the nonskid transport of objects (32, 37). The device comprises a mounting element (7) to be fastened on a boundary wall (3, 4, 6) of the loading surface (2), a ho lding element (8), a device (9) containing a scissor-grate-like device for connecting the holding element (8) with the mounting element (7) to push the holding element (8) back a nd forth in relation to the mounting element (7) in a direction essentially extending per pendicularly in respect to the boundary wall (6), and a fixing means (31) associated with sai d scissor-grate-like device for fixing the holding element (8) in place in a preselected position. Th e invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising such a device (Fig. 3).
