Siliconised paper is fed off a roll above the conveyor belt to accept chopped nuts crewed out of a sprinkler box above the paper and belt. A shaker table below the belt keeps the nuts fluidised on the paper so that they spread out into an exactly even layer. This is later sprayed with the honey, sugar and butter mixture from a spray fitment, cooled, cut into slabs, placed on trays and baked as usual. |
