<p>The invention concerns a method and an apparatus for supporting an element to be supported, in particular a patient's body. This apparatus is characterised in that it comprises a supporting device (20) with essentially only at least a closed chamber or one with controlled outflow (21), and inflow and outflow means (26) for a filling fluid, and an independent control device (40) arranged under the supporting device (20), said control device (40) comprising filling or evacuating means of the fluid for filling the chamber as well as control means (50, 41, 42) properly speaking for filling or evacuating the filling fluid. The invention simplifies the making and management of the support of an element to be supported such as a patient's body.</p> |
