The stroke of the handling part, which is suitable for oscillating cleaning, amounts to less than 2.0 mm. It is produced by an eccentric pin (24) of an eccentric shaft (19) in effective connection with a cylindrical translatory holder (22) for accommodation of the handling part (9). The drive for the brush is by an electric motor via a gearwheel reduction gear (15,16). The oscillation frequency of the handling part is adjustable in two frequency ranges and the equipment is inductively rechargeable without use of cables.
