Continuous read-out of data sequence from DRAM or SDRAM for computer systems

The read out from dynamic memory in a continuous and interruption-free process is based upon the memory being subdivided into a number of modules. The data within the modules are distributed such that during the reading of data from one module the other module it is refreshed. The process requires at least three memory modules.
