Diagnosis method for patient fitness

The diagnosis method uses a force measuring device for detecting a physical force exerted by the patient at spaced points throughout the day, converted into corresponding digital data and stored to provide a fitness profile over a given time frame. The force may be measured via spring-loaded cylinder with a sensor (11) which is linked to a computer (16), programmed for collation of the data to provide the patient profile, which can be displayed on a monitor.
