Flow measurement device working on calorimetric principle
摘要
The device has a heating element (Rheiz) operated by a heating signal (Uheiz) and a first heat detection element (Rt1) which interworks with the heating element. These elements are designed for immersion in the measurement flow medium. The output signal (U1) from the first heat detection element is evaluated to determine a flow parameter. The electrical heating signal is generated by a device which receives a continuous alternating signal with a predefined period and which applies the heating signal to the heating element via a circuit isolated from the first detection element. A second heat detection element (Rt2) connected to the first interacts with a compensation heating element (Rhco) driven by the electrical heating signal. The compensation heating element and the second detection element are arranged outside the measurement medium.
