The inventive buffer circuit converts TTL input signals into CMOS signals. Said circuit consists of three inverter levels, wherein the output signal of a level is positively fed back to enable full modulation. Buffer circuit power input does not exceed a defined value owing to a current limiting circuit (BS). Power consumption in the circuit is low despite high operating speed.
