The present invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, to the sesquiterpere lactones and particularly, production of new antitumor preparation of natural origin lyophilized arglabin 1 beta ,10 beta -epoxy-13-dimethylamino-guaia-3(4)-en-6,12-olide hydrochloride. The method includes the stages of resin extraction from natural material, its purification from worthless substances, resin separation into separate components by the method of column chromatography with production of technical arglabin which further passes the stages of recrystallization, amination and hydrochloration at given parameters of pH solutions with production of aminoarglabin hydrochloride and its further lyophilization and high quality identification by the method of IR-spectroscopy. The device for the realization of said method comprises horizontal extractor, including cylindrical body divided by partitions with openings into not less than three sections, separation and humidity chambers, the shaft with reloading lables and blade mixers having the same axis with said body, the additional section with heated walls to remove the extragent from waste material with dry waste material collector, said walls of contact sections are water-cooled with separate cooling of the walls being in contact with vapour-gas mixture and extraction mixture, to reduce extragent losses the gas circulation system is connected to the extractor cavity, the said system includes ventilator, low temperature condenser, branch pipe for gas supply connected to the collector of dry waste material for its ventilation before unloading and branch pipe for gas removal. Moreover, the separation chamber is supplied with peripheral lead screw to remove suspended and precipitated particles out of it. |
