Mechanical wet-separating system for solids mixtures, especially plastics

The system has a separating liquid and a shaft-driven centrifuge with a vertically mounted solid-walled drum (12). The drum tapers towards the top. A flushing passage (16) inside a coaxial central pipe (57) extends vertically inside the drum, and widens in a funnel (24) at the bottom (22). A rotary acceleration disc (26) is mounted opposite the funnel by struts (63) on the pipe. A flushing disc (39) below the acceleration disc has channels (28) for the sediment (20), which run parallel to the bottom from the drum corners (30) to the centre, and lead to a top opening (32) in the hollow drive shaft (60). A stabilising disc (31) fixed to the drum between the acceleration and flushing discs has openings (35) next to the drum. A bottom flushing ring (37) from the stabilising disc above the funnel. Pressure passages (55) between the central pipe and the flushing passage deliver rotating separating liquid. A profiled suspension (18) discharge member passes through top openings in the drum. The flushing disc (39) is slowed in relation to the drum by a brake disc (61) coupled to a ring above it. Each pressure passage is connected by a valved (59) to the ring (45).
