The apparatus includes a storage unit for storing the time between two consecutive call charge unit demand signals (10,20). The time sender generates a control signal corresponding to a received demand signal at a predetermined time which is before the reception of the next demand signal. An indication unit is provided which indicates the next call charge demand signal to the user based on the control signal of the time sender. Preferably, the demand signals are call charge pulses by analogue terminals. Call charges with respect to the day time and the distance can be stored in the storage unit. The indication unit includes preferably an optical, acoustical or mechanical unit.
