A multiple-size cervical collar comprising a band (10) and a mandible support (60) wherein the mandible support has a central chin cup 64, and a connection between said band (10) and mandible support (60) providing a number of selectable, predefined positions between the band (10) and the chin cup 64. The mandible support (60) is lockable at the predefined positions by means of a locking device comprising a plurality of parallel slots 68 located on the mandible support 60 that are configured to mate with male sliders 40 located on the band to permit sliding movement therebetween, and a plurality of female locking holes 70 configured to co-operate with locking tabs 42.
