The system is provided in order to seal the loading/unloading connections of the compartments of a tanker lorry, preventing the products transported by this tanker lorry from being able to be tampered with in terms of quality and quantity between the loading plant and the place of destination or client receiving the products. The system is based on an emitter which is capable of sending out a signal to a receiver provided in the tanker lorry, upon actuation by the driver of the tanker, in such a manner that this signal reaches an electrovalve which is controlled either electrically, in order to activate the means responsible for moving a sealing element, or pneumatically, in order to activate the means responsible for moving the same element in the opposite direction and for achieving unsealing. These means are formed by a pneumatic cylinder whose actuation brings about the displacement in one or other direction of the said element in order to place it opposite the loading/unloading opening (sealed position) or to move it away from said opening (unsealed position). <IMAGE>
