Paper pellets and a method for manufacturing the same, in which dried, pulverized paper is mixed with a crosslinking agent under heating so that the pulverized paper is surface treated by means of an impregnation coating with the crosslinking agent; the surface treated pulverized paper, a thermoplastic synthetic resin and a lubricant are kneaded together under heating and compression to produce a paste material; and the paste material is pelleted and cooled. <IMAGE> |
