The invention concerns novel compositions containing at least a polyorganosiloxane (A) with cross-linkable functional groups, stable for use and storing, characterised in that said compositions contain at least a stabilising amino agent consisting of a polyorganosiloxane (B) functionalised with at least an amino group, and a priming system for hardening by radiation, particularly UV radiation, the polyorganosiloxane (B) being miscible with the polyorganosiloxane (A). In general these stable and cross-linkable compositions are in liquid form and homogeneous.
