PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the uneven pressurization absorbing ability of an oscillatory-wave actuator by forming the contacting section between a contacting member and a pressurizing force imparting surface in an extremely small area around a part which is sufficiently smaller than the diameter of the whole body of a pressurizing means. SOLUTION: A spring fixing member 11 and a supporting pin 6 are coupled with a motor fixing member 12 with screws so that the axes of the members 11 and 12 can be aligned with the axis of a bar-like vibrator. Then a coil spring 4 is elastically put between the fixing member 11 and a spring bearing seat 10 constituted as a contacting member which is brought into contact with the top plate of an output member 7 constituted as a pressurizing force imparting surface in a point-contact state so that the pressurizing force imparted to a moving body 2 from the spring 4 through the output member 7 in cooperation with an elastic body 1 can be adjusted by screwing in and out the spring fixing member 11. Since uneven pressurization can be absorbed, the uneven pressurization to the elastic body 1 can be brought nearer to '0' to the utmost. |
