PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability in signal transmission in the amplitude shift keying(ASK) communication equipment used for various electronic devices. SOLUTION: A signal level limiter means 8 is connected to a transmission line 4, an upper limit level of a carrier signal on the transmission line 4 is limited by the operation of a transformer 9 and a voltage clip element 10 so as to limit dispersion in rising and trailing delay time of a leveling signal outputted from a smoothing means 6 in a reception section 5 to prevent it that a carrier 'presence≈time discriminated by a demodulation circuit 7 is fluctuated due to fluctuation in a level of the carrier signal due to the effect of a wiring form of the transmission line 4 and the number of connection of reception sections 5 thereby improving the reliability of signal transmission.
