摘要 The invention refers to a device for measuring the momentum of friction in ball bearings designed to determine the momentum of friction and to establish the accuracy type of the ball bearings. According to the invention, the device for measuring the momentum of friction in ball bearings is equipped with a bed frame (1) on which a broach assembly (A) is positioned and engaged, at a variable speed, by an electric motor (2), to a shaft (4) that is supported by an axial-radial bearing (5) and a radial bearing (6). A test ball bearing (8) is centered on its outer race, inside a support bushing (7) that has some lateral slots (d) and is positioned at the other end of the shaft (4). A loading subassembly (B) is maintained in an upper position by a supporting subassembly (C), and subassembly (B) is connected to a momentum sensor (9) and to a tapered top (10). The axial-radial bearing (5) and the radial bearing (6) are lubricated through the inlet orifice (a), and the oil is collected through an outlet orifice (d) of a collecting tank (c). The loading subassembly (B) also has some tare weights (19) and a support tray (20), which is joined to the momentum sensor (9). The supporting subassembly (C) is equipped with a lifting bushing (17), which can prop or release the support tray (20) and has, on a generator, a rack (e) that is engaged with a toothed pinion (15). The latter is connected to a straight lever (18), and a spiral spring (14) is mounted between the above mentioned toothed pinion (15) and a straining flap (16).
