PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately position an operating device with regard to the target point and the intrusion point of a patient by a device wherein a slidable operational reference part is provided along a guide arm and a spherical joint is arranged at the center of a metal plate connected with this operational reference part and an operational sleeve passing through the center of this spherical joint is provided. SOLUTION: An operational guide is constituted by combining integrally a head part fixing tool 32, a fitting arm 34, a circular arc part 36 of a guide arm and an operational reference part 38 arranged around the head part 40 of a patient. The head part fixing tool 32 is used for positioning the head part 40 of the patient with regard to an operation and this can be fitted on an operating table. The guide arm 36 is provided on the fitting arm 34 in such a way that it is adjustable upward and downward or in a curved shape as shown with arrow marks and the operational reference part 36 can be slid along the circular arc part 36 of the guide arm and an operational tool or an operational sleeve 44 is held thereon. In addition, a device for ensuring inner acting position for following a rotational point and arrangement of the operational sleeve 44 extending through the rotational point is provided. |
