<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the area of an operation panel and also to easily set a measurement range and a permission range so as to recognize the ranges by providing first and second push buttons in the operation panel. SOLUTION: Two push buttons A and B are fitted to the operation panel in addition to a display equipment 18. The measurement upper limit valule and the measurement lower limit value of the measurement range and the alarm upper limit value and the alarm lower limit value of the permission range are stored in the setting value table 24 of a limit value setting part 22. When the button A is pushed, one limit valule in the table 24 is displayed in the display equipment 18 in a slow flicker state with a display control circuit 14. When the respective limit values are set, the button A is operated by double- clicks and the sign of one limit value, one digit position and the value (d) of the digit are slow-flicker-displayed. When the button A is repeatedly pushed so as to display the value (d) of the digit of an item desired to be set, the button B is repeatedly pushed until (d) becomes the value desired to be set.</p> |
