PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance flexibility and durability by providing a coating layer based on an ultraviolet absorbing type acrylic resin on at least the single surface of a copolyester film of which the cold crystallization temp. and glass transition temp. are specific values and setting the tensile modulus of an exterior material to a specific value. SOLUTION: A coating layer based on an ultraviolet absorbing type acrylic resin is provided on at least the single surface of a copolyester film wherein the difference between cold crystallization temp. and glass transition temp. is 60 deg.C or lower and the tensile modulus of an exterior material is set to 0.1-50kg/mm<2> in order to make winding properties and processability proper. By setting the intrinsic viscosity of copolyester to 0.5-2dl/g, the film forming properties and mechanical characteristics of copolyester are together improved and the m.p. of the copolyester film is pref. 130-250 deg.C and the thickness thereof is set to about 1-500μm. The glass transition temp. of the ultraviolet absorbing type acrylic resin is set to 20-80 deg.C and the laminating thickness thereof is pref. 0.05-50μm.
