Sorting apparatus for olives. It comprises the metal structure (1)supporting the silo (2), the driving system (3,4) which actuates the spring (6), and the part (5,6,7) whereon the first volumetric sorting, as well as the removal of foreign bodies, is effected via the fan (14). Afterwards, edible olives are selected by hand onto the round rotating table (13), whereas the second volumetric sorting is effected by the part (8,6,9) via the inclined plate (22) which ends in another inclined plate furnished with 6 sockets meant to receive the different qualities of olives (a,b,g,d,e,f). The invention relates to an effort-and time-saving sorting apparatus equipped with a round ergonomic rotating table and a fan suitable for separating solids quickly. |
